Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is a family-owned Systems Integration and I&C Construction firm established in 2004.

The Project Administrator role supports active projects by handling administrative processes, coordinating with Project Managers, field teams, and accounting to ensure timely documentation, reporting, and internal coordination. This position emphasizes project-focused administration rather than front-desk duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with timesheet tracking and labor reporting.
• Review and process expense documentation and maintain project files.
• Coordinate internal approvals and routing of documents.
• Assist with submittals, closeout documents, and required project paperwork.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material transfer records.
• Provide general administrative support to project teams as needed.
