Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of demonstrated competency in a related technical discipline.
• OR Education equivalent to graduation from high school and five (5) years of demonstrated competency in a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Teams with administrative and technical construction project support, including submittals, invoicing, and records compliance.
• Assist in integrating quality management into deliverables and monitor quality control across District Offices.
• Assist in project closeouts, ensure timely payments, and prepare documentation for HQ release of bonds.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, plans revisions, and technical submittals; maintain organized filing systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to project stakeholders and support safety and risk management practices.
