Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in the construction industry highly preferred.
• 2–5 years in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Project setup in Sage Intacct/Procore including Schedule of Values and Budgets.
• Ensure client billings are accurately prepared and submitted per contract terms.
• Process monthly pay applications to owners/clients.
• Validate invoicing and reconcile project payables/receivables to budgets.
• Maintain project filing system per company guidelines.
• Review subcontractor monthly pay applications and ensure all attachments are included.
• Assist in subcontract and change management and in exporting commitments.
• Respond to Preliminary Notice information requests and close out projects.
