Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen to understand.

Responsibilities

• Manages contracts, amendments, insurance, and bonds.
• Sets up project financial forecasts for reporting needs.
• Ensures timely management of accounts receivable and payables.
• Reviews Work in Process (WIP) on assigned projects.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to learn construction management and payment management software

Knowledge of the overall project execution process

Knowledge of construction industry insurance products

Ability to solve problems

Ability to demonstrate agility and adaptability

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
