Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ work experience in an accounting environment.
• Two years of accounting experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and budgets for projects.
• Prepare monthly pay applications and reflect costs in budgets.
• Maintain project related records and change orders; be proactive on deficiencies.
• Review supplier invoices and overhead charges.
• Create or approve project billings to customers.
• Confer with Ops team on unpaid contract billings and opportunities for additional billings.
• Assist with auditors and improve internal controls as required.
