Job summary

You will review subcontractor statements and manage asset tracking while ensuring state tax compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 1–3 years accounting or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Cost accounting experience in construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in monthly review of project budgets, costs, and profit.
• Inputs and tracks data related to budgets and project costs.
• Produces owner billings for specific projects.
• Review subcontractor and supplier financial statements.
• Track and report fixed assets acquisitions and disposals.
• Research state tax requirements for various projects.
• Continually improve reporting processes within time constraints.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
