Qualifications

• Support financial administration of construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Manage job cost tracking, project billing, contract documentation, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Project Managers and accounting teams to analyze costs and support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects, cost codes, contracts, budgets, and change orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor project costs, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and other expenses.
• Prepare customer billings, including progress, time and material, and AIA-style billings.
• Support job cost analysis, forecasting, profitability reviews, revenue recognition, and WIP reporting.
• Monitor AR balances, assist with billing questions, and support lien waivers and releases.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contracts and insurance certificates.
