Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred.
• JD Edwards or Textura accounting software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and follow-up on client and subcontractor invoices and payments.
• Understand project budgets in Procore and provide feedback on budget achievability.
• Build and maintain relationships with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and coordinators.
• Enforce billing, documentation, and subcontract/change order requirements.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with prime/subcontract terms for payments control.
• Import/export contractual data between JD Edwards and Textura.
• Collect, review and obtain approvals for subcontractor invoices for payment.
• Address billing/PO issues within self-performance segments and track open items.
• Monitor AR concerns and discuss open issues with Project Managers.
• Assist in quantifying extras for change requests or billings to clients.
• Perform project audits to identify discrepancies and ensure timely closeouts.
