Job summary

Ascendion in Chicago is seeking a Construction Program Manager to drive programs from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are met.

You will translate objectives into actionable plans, establish accountability, and coordinate with owners to keep initiatives on track, leveraging a solid background in business, project or construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant program and/or project management experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects, programs, initiatives, or workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage project plans, milestones, actions, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through.

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage project plans, milestones, actions, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with being tooling SME
• Work on standardizing through runbooks, SOPs, source of truths, templates

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
