Job summary

CRH is seeking a Production Associate (Construction) to support daily operations including crusher and washer maintenance, cleaning, painting and basic mechanical tasks. The role requires adaptability to weather, nights, weekends, and potential travel.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience; strong reading, math, and teamwork skills are valued to ensure safe, efficient production. Emergency safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measure units.
• Ability to work varying shifts (days, nights, swings).

Responsibilities

• Maintain aggregate crusher, washer, and surrounding environment.
• Shoveling, sweeping, steam cleaning, painting, tire work, mechanical assistance; lifting, pushing and pulling.
• Communicate production issues to supervisor or lead person.
• Work varying weather conditions; travel and work away from home when required.
• Work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Report to work at the designated start time.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
