Job summary

CRH, Oldcastle Infrastructure, is seeking a manufacturing associate to support the production of precast concrete products in a busy industrial environment. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations and quality standards across the line.

Responsibilities include stripping forms, preparing steel molds, and basic carpentry, with emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to procedures. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
