Job summary

RES is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our center-led Procurement Team supporting construction projects. The role collaborates with engineering, estimating, legal, and health and safety functions to procure services, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and competitive terms.

The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in-office. Anticipated base salary range is $70,000–$88,000, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Leads RFP process, performs bid evaluations, negotiates prices and contracts.
• Builds internal and supplier relationships and assists in demand management for project needs.
• May prepare Subcontracts and review redlines with project teams and senior procurement staff.
• Advises on medium spend and risk scopes and seeks process improvements.
• Mentors Procurement Associates and collaborates with the team.
• Coordinates with engineering for technical evaluation of proposals.
• Tracks POs and deliveries to support site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, project teams, and procurement to support construction projects.
• Track POs and deliveries to ensure site milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain the Project Procurement Plan to keep it up to date.
• Promote safety and quality-focused procurement practices and supplier prequalification.
