Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, production, and construction teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery. The role involves supplier sourcing, quotes, vendor selection, PO creation, and cost analysis to achieve competitive pricing and on-time project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of construction procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with procurement, factory construction, and electrical/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for construction-related and indirect materials for plant expansion and equipment installation.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes, support vendor selection.
• Create and manage purchase orders to align with schedules.
• Track POs and ensure on-time delivery with construction timelines.
• Perform cost analysis and support price negotiations.
• Support contract negotiation and vendor terms coordination.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and construction teams on material needs.
• Maintain procurement records and support invoicing and reporting.
