Prince Contracting, LLC is seeking a procurement professional to manage vendor evaluation, purchase records, and contract support on projects in Augusta, GA. The role involves enforcing procurement policies, creating RFPs, and collaborating with preconstruction teams to pursue new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or construction management and at least one year of related construction experience, with strong MS Office and basic database

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or Construction Management preferred.
• 1+ year related construction experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic database skills.

Responsabilités

• Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.
• Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
• Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
• Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation.
• Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Facilitates RFPs and collaborates with preconstruction team on new opportunities and current projects.
