Responsibilities

• Participate in training program with classroom and on-the-job experience
• Positively impact customer experience with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors and maintain positive relationships
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations
