NVR, Inc. (Ryan Homes) invites you to join a structured Construction Project Manager Trainee program.

As a trainee, you will work alongside an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full home-building process for a community of new homes, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to lead a job site. Candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, strong time management, organization, leadership and customer-relations abilities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Current driver’s license required
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in a world-class training program with classroom and on-the-job experience
• Impact customer experience by working with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Ensure homes finish within budgets, timelines, and scope
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors and maintain positive relationships
• Manage community assets, perform quality inspections, order materials, and handle customer relations
