Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferred

• Construction or customer relations experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in NVR's training program with classroom and on-the-job experience
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships
• Manage community assets, conduct quality inspections, order materials, and maintain customer relations
