You will direct an onsite Construction Superintendent who coordinates subcontractors and site check-ins, supported by administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Construction background or Xactimate experience is a strong bonus.
• Ability to leverage technology, follow processes, communicate clearly and master project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead our subcontract-based construction division and manage project timelines.
• Keep subcontractors on schedule and convert lead opportunities into signed contracts.
• Maintain budget targets and supervise an onsite Construction Superintendent and administrative staff.
• Evaluate jobs, build estimates, negotiate terms, and update insurance carriers and clients.
