Job summary

Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Southeast Michigan. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive project outcomes from start to finish.

Based in Ann Arbor, you will collaborate with the Business Development team to pursue future opportunities in the region. Ideal candidates have a solid PM background, strong client-facing skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations.
• Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions.
• Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate personnel and materials.
• Establish and continuously adjust project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Track and analyze key project performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Work with project teams to align resources and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve project performance issues promptly.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive execution plans including risk management and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, team members, and leadership.
