Clark Construction Company seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects across Northern Michigan. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting future opportunities in the region.

Ideal candidates will collaborate with the Business Development team, drive execution strategies, and maintain clear communication with clients and project teams. Relocation may be considered for ideal candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Solid understanding of construction operations and adaptable to tools.
• Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with superintendents and management to allocate resources.
• Set and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Define roles and ensure accountability across teams.
• Track project performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Develop execution plans including risk management and change control.
• Provide regular, accurate updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Support business development by identifying future opportunities.
