Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years as a Project Manager in construction, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction software.
• Understanding of cost/estimating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces a detailed project schedule and ensures the project stays on schedule.
• Accounts for financial status, explains budget conditions, and reports projections to leadership.
• Oversees buyout process: scopes of work, bids, contracts with subs/vendors.
• Supervises direct reports to ensure adherence to processes and expectations.
