Job summary

The Allay Group, LLC is a family‑owned restoration contractor in Idaho seeking a Restoration Project Manager to run construction projects from handoff to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and communications with customers to maintain margins and ensure a high‑quality finish.

Ideal candidates have construction experience with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Insurance restoration experience is a major plus, but not required if you bring solid project management

Qualifications

• Must understand budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Familiarity with insurance restoration estimating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple reconstruction projects from handoff through completion.
• Review scopes and budgets before production begins.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
• Drive on-time, on-scope completion with targeted margins.
• Protect budgets and ensure client satisfaction.
