Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee community homebuilding projects in the United States. You will lead a large team, drive on-time completion, and uphold NVR’s reputation for quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Ryan Homes Community Team, mentoring new staff, managing subcontractors, and performing quality control inspections to ensure budget, schedule, and scope adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees.
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home.
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope.
