Job summary

NVR, Inc. (Ryan Homes) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality construction and on-time completion.

You will oversee a large team and mentor new construction management staff, while maintaining NVR’s reputation for excellence. The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, conducting quality inspections, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope
