You will work with seasoned project managers to contribute from conception to completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, and quality control across active projects, collaborating with teams and vendors, and learning risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in engineering/construction management or related program.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling and budgeting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and balance academics with work.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks across active construction projects.
• Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
• Assist in monitoring project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Help identify and track project risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams and crew members to keep tasks moving effectively.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Take advantage of mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities to build project management knowledge and skills.
