Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and pursuing Construction Management – incoming Junior or Senior status for Fall ’27 semester - preferred.
• Ability to work in-office 40 hours per week May-August ’27 - required.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Bluebeam and/or Accubid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for Project Managers.
• Project documentation and record-keeping.
• Quality documentation tasks.
• Pricing Change Orders.
• Job shadowing Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers, plus jobsite visits.
• Learn project management fundamentals such as contracts, safety, change orders, budgets, etc.
