Job summary

Feyen Zylstra is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for our Grand Rapids, MI office to join our 2027 Summer Intern program. You will support the Project Managers with day-to-day tasks, project documentation, and quality records while gaining exposure to contracts, jobsite safety, and change orders.

Must be enrolled in a Construction Management bachelor’s program and able to work in-office 40 hours per week May–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management; incoming Junior or Senior for Fall ’27 preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in construction settings or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam and/or Accubid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for Project Managers and documentation.
• Support project documentation and quality documentation.
• Assist with pricing change orders and jobsite visits.
• Shadow Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers; learn project management fundamentals.
