Job summary

Leopardo is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid-sized or multiple small projects in the Cleveland market. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, coordination of trade partners, and client relationships to ensure projects align with Leopardo’s goals.

The role requires strong preconstruction and field coordination, with emphasis on schedules, cost control, and quality assurance. A track record of delivering complex projects and mentoring team members is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5+ years PM/Assistant PM with estimating experience.
• Understanding of construction processes, blueprints and market dynamics.
• Proficiency with PM and accounting software; ACC Build a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects; prepare budgets and estimates.
• Coordinate preparation of permit applications and submittal of updated documents.
• Negotiate, award and write subcontracts with Senior input; ensure insurance in place.
• Develop and monitor a detailed master schedule and critical path.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain client/Architect/Engineer relationships and support project closeout.
