Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with ground-up construction experience to lead complex commercial projects in the Raleigh area. You will manage the full lifecycle from bidding through close-out, coordinating with leadership, superintendents, owners, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager/Estimator in commercial construction.
• Experience with risk management, time management, budgeting, and contract management.
• Proven negotiation skills with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Oversee bid, contract negotiation, site work, and close-out processes.
• Perform detailed cost take-offs and prepare competitive bids.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for best terms.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead project teams to ensure on-time, within-scope, quality delivery.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards across projects.
