Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Project Manager for the commercial construction division in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee ground-up projects up to $60M, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $115,000–$145,000 plus a vehicle, bonus, and profit sharing, with full benefits and a supportive, family-run culture in the Raleigh market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Experience with public and/or private sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through construction and final closeout.
• Oversee schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, pay applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners throughout the project.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders and project documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
