Job summary

ExplorUS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. You will define goals, manage resources, mitigate risks, and lead teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery according to scope.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in on-site construction, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple agencies. Travel may be required as needed in a corporate office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience, including on-site ground-up construction.
• Ability to read construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with operations and consultants.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, and change orders to keep projects on track.
• Oversee procurement and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Lead project teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
