Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive for the Advanced Technology Market to join our Phoenix, AZ office. This role leads project administration, financial performance, schedule, risk and relationship management across multi-disciplinary teams on large, complex design/build and GMP style projects in manufacturing, data centers and advanced facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a minimum of seven consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
• Must have a minimum of five years of experience managing all disciplines of design/build projects or hard bid projects.
• Must understand legal aspects and implications of contractual language.
• Must have proven experience in developing aggressive schedules for projects with variables such as project type(s), areas, and seasonal start dates.

Aufgaben

• Project Administration: facilitate meetings, track minutes and actions, ensure start-up meetings occur with the right team, and visit project sites regularly.
• Financial Performance: monitor budgets/costs, provide reports to leadership, develop proposals and execution strategies, and ensure timely project financials.
• Schedule Performance: oversee master schedules, coordinate with Field Ops, A/E Services, and MEP Services, and document delays with proper notices.
• Risk Management: develop risk plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability objectives.
• Relationship Management: serve as primary customer contact, develop management plans, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Team Member Development: mentor Sr. Project Managers and Project Engineers, ensure training opportunities, and align staff with company vision.
• Collaboration: maintain cooperative environment with engineering/design and field staff, and report progress to leadership.
• Administrative Authority: understand authority to execute subcontracts and change orders, and to release payments.
