Job summary

Elsdon Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in concrete construction to lead project setup, procurement, scheduling, and scope execution on multiple sites. You will coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and stakeholders, develop plans, monitor costs, approve invoices, and mentor staff while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in concrete construction or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, and cost control; safety and OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute project contracts and scopes of work.
• Lead project setup, buyout, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and project-specific requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and sequencing plans.
• Track project quantities, productivity, progress, and cost performance.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and projections to complete.
• Approve invoices, purchase orders, and manpower timesheets.
• Procure and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage change orders, including issuance, tracking, pricing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and project stakeholders.
• Work with Operations Managers to secure labor and project resources.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and support project staff.
• Maintain overall fiscal responsibility and profitability of assigned projects.
