Thinklance LLP in Providence, RI is seeking a qualified candidate to support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on construction projects. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and meticulous documentation to keep submittals and meeting minutes accurate and timely.

You will assist with tracking material deliveries, attending meetings, and helping manage budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to document and share information clearly.
• Broad understanding of the construction industry and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic math/accounting concepts.

Responsabilités

• Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned construction projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Process submittals, gather and distribute information, and maintain project documents.
• Ensure project processes stay within budget and on schedule.
• Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes accurately.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the project team.
