Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Management Intern to support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on construction projects. This hands‑on role provides exposure to project documentation, scheduling, and field support in a dynamic setting.

You will gain practical experience coordinating submittals, maintaining documentation, and contributing to meeting minutes and project meetings in an in‑person, 40‑hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in construction management and the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency.
• Basic math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Process submittals and gather/distribute information; maintain high‑quality project documentation and ensure processes stay within budget and on schedule.
• Attend project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the project team.
