Job summary

RigUp is seeking a Construction Coordinator in Midland, Texas to lead construction planning, coordinate input from engineering and contractors, and ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.

You will establish the Construction Planning Program (CPP) and partner with Construction Advisor and Construction Support Manager to align scope and execution across multiple projects, including compressor stations and pipelines.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong coordination and interface capabilities.
• Previous experience in a closely related position and/or project experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Integrity and reliability in commitments.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, problems, and opportunities; make timely decisions; develop solutions.
• Work on multiple projects of various size and complexity.
• Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and share knowledge with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and champion the AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) process.
• Act as interface with scheduler.
• Validate contractor progress reports; manage projects including compressor stations and pipelines.
• Execute all Level 1 and Level 2 Construction Coordinator tasks.
