Job summary

H Mart in Lyndhurst, NJ, is seeking a Construction Planning Management Specialist to develop architectural layouts, space plans, and construction documents for new stores and renovations using AutoCAD, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.

You will review drawings for accuracy and buildability, support permitting, bidding, scheduling, and field verification, and maintain project drawings while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture or construction.
• 2+ years in architecture/design/engineering/construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• SketchUp/Enscape experience a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural layouts, space plans, and construction docs using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance.
• Support permitting, bidding, scheduling, and construction coordination.
