Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in the United States is seeking a construction Planner to drive project delivery by producing and maintaining programmes and monitoring progress. You will work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion and alignment with commercial goals.

You will use Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject, prepare tender and live project programmes, report to clients and senior management, and support resource planning. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and project delivery.
• Ability to develop and maintain tender, pre-construction, and live project programmes.
• Experience monitoring project progress and producing programme updates and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project programmes using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
• Prepare tender, pre-construction, and contract programmes.
• Monitor progress and identify programme risks and opportunities.
• Work with project managers and site teams to ensure programme compliance.
• Produce progress reports and programme updates for clients and senior management.
• Support project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation.
