Job summary

Mace seeks a Programme Planner in the United States to support commissioning readiness, keep schedules accurate, and provide schedule analysis. You will maintain auditable records and collaborate with design, procurement and construction teams to drive timely interventions and decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced Primavera P6 experience with scheduling methodologies.
• Experience performing critical path analysis and schedule health assessments.
• Understanding of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.

Responsibilities

• Support readiness planning for commissioning and operational start-up.
• Ensure all schedule reporting is accurate and based on validated project information.
• Maintain auditable programme records and change history.
• Provide objective analysis of schedule performance, risks and opportunities.
• Escalate schedule risks to support timely intervention and decision-making.
• Support governance reviews with clear programme status and forecast outcomes.
• Foster collaboration between project management, controls, design, commercial and construction teams.
• Promote planning best practices and schedule management standards.
• Mentor planning capability and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Encourage data-driven decision-making to improve visibility and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned.
