Lee Company is seeking a capable helper to assist pipefitters in assembling, installing, and maintaining pipe systems and related equipment in Nashville, Tennessee. This role supports steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and processing systems while following safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot service issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist pipefitters with assembling, installing, and maintaining pipe systems and related equipment.
• Support pipe supports, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and processing systems.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure quality customer service.

Summary of Job: Assist Pipefitters with assembling, installing, and maintaining pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production and processing systems. Education and Experience: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, and 1-3 years related experience and/or training is required. Skills and Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot service issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely and effective solutions and procedures Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment Experience in providing quality, professional customer related services Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment Ability to handle disruptions in stride with professionalism.
