Job summary

Lee Company in Nashville, TN is seeking an entry-level Pipefitter Assistant to support pipefitters with assembling, installing, and maintaining pipe systems, supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment used in steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and industrial processes.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience or training; strong problem-solving, teamwork, and safety awareness are required.

Education and Experience

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, and 1-3 years related experience and/or training is required.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to troubleshoot service issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely and effective solutions and procedures

Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment

Experience in providing quality, professional customer related services

Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment

Ability to handle disruptions in stride with professionalism.
