Responsibilities

• Manage permitting process for houses, model homes, and offices
• Order and review plot plans and plan sets for accuracy
• Assemble and mark plans for permitting and field staff
• Prepare weekly start packages and permit-related reports
• Process sales paperwork and change orders related to permitting
• Coordinate ARB submittals and approvals
• Maintain document management for the department
• Support Plans and Permit Manager and VP of Construction with special projects
