We are seeking a detail-oriented Permitting Coordinator to support our Operations team. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting building permit applications to various municipalities throughout the Chicagoland area. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously. This position involves direct interaction with subcontractors, field staff, and other non-office personnel.
$28.85 - $36.54 per hour. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay for all hours worked in a workweek over forty.
