Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years payroll experience, with at least 2 years in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of union agreements, prevailing wage laws, and project-based payroll practices.
• Proficiency with construction-specific platforms and standard payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for commercial construction employees and office staff, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
• Verify timesheets for hours, overtime, and shift differentials; handle adjustments and retroactive pay.
• Maintain wage compliance with CBAs and prevailing wage laws; track deductions and benefits.
