Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle weekly payroll for 250+ hourly and salaried construction field employees.
• Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll reports in compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
• Import field hours, review timekeeping data, and resolve timecard discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate labor cost code allocations across multiple construction jobs and project sites.
• Maintain payroll records and support compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with field, accounting, and management to address payroll questions and ensure timely resolution.
