LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Certified Payroll Specialist for a Sacramento, CA project site. This 100% in-office role focuses on accurate and timely payroll processing for construction projects, including weekly and monthly certified payroll and labor compliance reporting.

Responsibilities include verifying payroll data, maintaining employee records, coordinating with project managers and HR, and responding to employee payroll inquiries.

Qualifications

• 5 years of payroll experience in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Experience with labor compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process certified payroll reports in compliance with regulations.
• Verify and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records and employee information.
• Coordinate with project managers and HR to gather payroll information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
