Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for union/non-union employees accurately.
• Manage certified payroll reporting complying with regulations.
• Validate timecards, job costing codes, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and handle multi-state tax requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports for management, auditors, and agencies.
• Collaborate on payroll discrepancies with HR and supervisors.
• Participate in internal and external payroll compliance audits.
