CleanSpark is seeking a Construction Paralegal to support development and construction through practical legal assistance across project lifecycles. You will collaborate with the Legal Department and cross‑functional teams to organize documents and address issues efficiently.

The role involves reviewing contracts, tracking permits and deadlines, preparing summaries, and maintaining matter files for disputes and regulatory compliance. A teamwork‑oriented, inclusive environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or legal support experience, including at least 1 year in construction, infrastructure, or project development matters.
• Familiarity with construction documents and project records.
• Ability to track permits, licenses, approvals, and deadlines accurately.
• Strong research, writing, organizational, and project‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize construction documents for legal review.
• Review project packages for completeness and consistency; flag issues.
• Prepare summaries, checklists, and issue lists for attorneys.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather factual records for the Legal Department.
• Maintain matter files and trackers for claims, disputes, and compliance.
• Monitor notice periods, cure periods, and deadlines identified by attorneys.
• Gather information for permit applications and regulatory submissions.
• Track permits, licenses, and governmental approvals; monitor renewals.
• Organize records related to delays, changes, and potential claims.
• Prepare chronologies and summaries for attorney review and negotiations.
• Assist with routine correspondence, notices, and document requests per instructions.
• Conduct directed legal research on licensing, lien, and permitting rules.
