Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the San Jose area from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors and documentation, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This full-time role requires coordinating with owners, architects and engineers, reviewing plans, and using Procore or PlanGrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a PM on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and drive project schedules; monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures.
• Review plans, drawings and specs to guide execution.
• Procure materials and coordinate subcontractor bidding, selection and performance.
• Oversee on-site activities, maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Administer contracts, process change orders, and manage documentation and reporting.
• Utilize project management tools to maintain RFIs, submittals, reports and document control.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subs and stakeholders to resolve issues.
