SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour & Sullivan Counties is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead our franchise's rebuild and restoration projects in the Perkasie area. You will supervise the construction team, coordinate with the mitigation division, and drive project profitability through effective planning and execution.

The ideal candidate has prior construction management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and client satisfaction across projects.
• Monitor work volume and profitability of each job cycle.
• Develop budgets for GM or Owner approval.
• Vet subcontractors and manage construction team performance.
• Review estimates and assist budgeting/bidding processes.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Monitor volume of work
• Monitor all job cycle activity and profitability in DASH
• Develop departmental budgets for General Manager or Owner approval
• Assist in finding and vetting subcontractors
• Perform QA checks in the field for employees and subcontractors
• Manage all aspects of construction division
• Manage daily operations of construction team
• Validate potential construction leads
• Assign leads/projects to project managers and superintendents
• Ensure construction team follows proper work process
• Review and evaluate estimates created by construction project managers
• Perform tasks within the project management process to assist the construction team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.)
• Assist construction managers with budgeting and bidding
• Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with construction team
• Ensure two-way communication with the mitigation division
• Manage individual team members who work together to process construction projects
• Train construction team members
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with individual construction team members
• Ensure employee compliance with all Company policies
• Review and validate subcontractor invoices
• Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator, Construction Superintendent, and Construction Project Manager

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Previous construction management experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication

• Frequent driving and sitting
• Occasionally climbing ladders
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat
• The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud

Compensation

Base salary of $100,000 - $115,000, plus quarterly performance bonuses based on department revenue and profitability.
